Lifting operations and temporary works. Lifting sheltered canopy overnight to facilitate works at a hospital.

 

SCOPE:

• Remove, set aside and reinstall a canopy to a sheltered walkway, the work was to facilitate a large CT Scanner which was temporarily installed and removed.

• The works happened on 2 separate occasions, both overnight where there was less traffic movement. This involved removing the fittings of the canopy and using a crane to lift and set aside, and afterwards putting the canopy back in place.
