SCOPE:

Complete existing frame and door removal.

Fire door renewals and fire door upgrades to tenant front entrance doors, communal doors, meter and utility cupboards.

Installation of fire rated loft hatch access panels.

Supply and installation of FD60 and FD30 Hardwood doors.

Supply and installation of certified composite doors and frames.

Supply and installation of all fire rated ironmongery, fire and smoke door strips.

R & B delivered a 3 Year Passive Fire protection contract to G15 Group, London Housing. Works were completed to a structured programme which required us to carry out works in residential properties.
We successfully established a collaborative approach to working with the London Housing Association, through good communication and establishing shared objectives, supported by effective teamwork. To facilitate this, we allocated a full time resident liaison office to this project.
