R & B carried out a number of internal refurbishments and repairs for Kings College University Student Campus property. Ceiling mouldings / rose damaged due to structural anomalies in the ceiling were repaired by our repairs team and a plasticine moulding was made from undamaged parts of the moulding / rose, which was then used to cast replacement identical pieces of plaster Moulding that could be moulded onto the original Moulding/Rose resulting in “Invisible repair” after decoration. We matched the request of the client, that any repairs should be in keeping with the original structure, and same material. 

Work had to be carried out and completed over a Christmas Period to a specific tight timeline.
