R & B carried out a number of external repairs and redecorations and procuring specialist scaffolding services through our own scaffold company, to work on various properties across the Langham Estate within the W1W postcode area of central London.
The Langham Estate is one of London's largest and most prestigious property portfolios, comprising mainly of mixed use properties based in the London postcode W1. We worked across properties at:

Eastcastle Street comprising of residential apartments, a commercial art gallery and tailors.

Rossetti House residential properties.

The Portland Hospital Consultant Suit.
The main influence to our working methodologies to these contracts was customer liaison. Working at the Portland Hospital, we carried out works following an unconventional schedule in order to minimise disruption to patients, staff and residents.
Within these two contracts, we liaised closely with Westminster Borough Council to plan, design and obtain all the required scaffold licenses for the operations. Once the scaffold was erected, we provided a safe passage for pedestrians at all times.
