Strip out of existing test booths, asbestos removal, wall removals, new partitions, flooring, ceilings, finishes, new cabinetry, associated M&E works, new test booth installations.

 

SCOPE:

• Strip out of existing M&E, asbestos removal including existing walls

• Roofing Works

• Installation of new partitions to form new Test Rooms and Office Areas

• Wall Cladding and New Flooring and Ceiling System to rooms and communal areas.

• Installation of windows to new offices

• M&E Works including power for AHU & Condensers, lighting and installation of new Distribution Boards for both test rooms

• Installation of new Hygenic Doorsets.
