SERVICE(S):

Removal of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) Roof and Installation of new concrete roof.

 

SCOPE:

• Drawings, Scaffold Design, set up & enabling works

• Installation of temporary lighting and smoke detection

• Internal Scaffolding and crash deck protection for boiler machinery and equipment

• External scaffolding and temporary roof

• Installation of temporary power and lighting on temporary roof

• Strip out of existing roof coverings and removal of RAAC from roof

• Delivery of decking and crane lift machinery

• Installation of steel trimmers, wall plates, metal decking reinforcement and concrete pour and testing

• Installation of roof coverings

• Striking of scaffolding, crash desk and removal of temporary lighting and power
