NHS - K BLOCK REFURBISHMENT

SERVICE(S):

Design and refurbishment of a new Mental Health Hospital Ward, inclusive of anti-ligature fixings and furniture. Works were carried out to open a brand-new ward for the NHS. 

SCOPE:

• Enabling works

• Demolition, Alterations, and General Strip Out

• Installation of new partitions and fire rated partitions.

• Electrical surveys, strip out, alterations, containment, and installation.

• Underground drainage systems surveys, strip out and alterations.

• Heating, air conditioning and ventilation.

• Anti-ligature glazing and furnishings.

• IPS Panel installations.

• Redecoration, White-rock Wall Protection and Vinyl Flooring Installation.

• Design and installation of a new Ceiling layout.

• Access Control and Video Door Entry System.

• Fire Stopping, Fire Door Installation. BM Trada Certified.
