SERVICE(S):

Rejuvenating the existing staff room. A standard refurbishment to brighten up the room and assist with brightening work hours for staff.

 

SCOPE:

• Remove and dispose of the existing floor coverings. 

• Install new Polyflor Standard PUR throughout and Polysafe non slip safety flooring around the wash basin area.

• Replace the existing defective vertical blinds.

• Remove the existing diffusers and clean, replace 1500mm long fluorescent tubes and starters to the existing lights and reinstate diffusers.

• Adapt the existing power circuits to provide 3 no. additional double sockets in the kitchen area and in single socket c/w switched spur for new fridge position.

• Remove the existing wall / base units / sink / taps etc. and dispose of.

• Supply and install base units, stainless steel sink and monobloc taps, wall units, and Trespa high pressure laminate worktop. Supply and install white rock splashbacks.

• Remove and dispose of notice boards, remove and set aside for reinstatement.

• Prepare and decorate all previously painted surfaces with Diamond eggshell to walls / ceilings and undercoat / gloss coat to the woodwork.
